After your complimentary consultation we send a written proposal with the scope of work, timeline, budget expectations, and our pricing structure—so you know exactly what you're committing to before anything starts.
Both. Single-room projects are one of our specialties—a study, a primary bedroom, a living room that has never quite worked. You get the same process and the same design team without a full renovation budget.
Most projects run six to twelve weeks from consultation to reveal, depending on scope and how quickly furniture and materials arrive. Custom and back-ordered pieces are usually what stretches a timeline, and we flag those early so there are no surprises.

We do. Short-term rentals and vacation homes have their own requirements—durability, guest flow, and photographing well for listings—and we design to those, including turnkey packages.
