What does the entire staging process look like?

Our team will need to do an on-site walk through or receive a detailed video to begin the design process. The lead designer requires a couple days to create a vision for the home, including the furniture plan, and selection of all decor items.

We use a standard 60-day staging contract agreement. Approximately 95% of our staged listings sell in that timeframe. Each contract also includes a low daily price for extensions.

Lead times can vary depending on the time of the year, but we are typically able to install within 7-10 days of contract signing. We do our best to accommodate rush projects whenever possible.

We proudly serve the greater Bay Area, including Sonoma, Marin, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the South Bay.

Yes, we are fully insured, including liability and workers’ compensation coverage. This protects your property and our team during the staging process.

How long does it take you to stage a property?

Our staging installs are completed in just one day! Our efficient team and streamlined process allow us to transform your property quickly, minimizing disruption and maximizing your time.

Our team typically starts at 10am and includes a lead, two assistants and two movers who will be in-site for the majority of the day.

The team requires full access to the home for the full day. The home should already be thoroughly cleaned, and there cannot be any contractors or painters working on the same day.

Staged furniture purchase is a convenient option for buyers who want to move into a furnished home. Just let us know which pieces they’re interested in, and we’ll provide a quote.

Absolutely! Partial staging can be a great option for occupied homes or those with existing furniture. We’ll work with you to identify key areas to stage and create a cohesive look that maximizes your home’s appeal.

We’re experienced in staging a wide variety of home styles, from modern and contemporary to traditional and transitional. We tailor our designs to complement your home’s architecture and appeal to a broad range of buyers.
